Just launched - our new La Mare Gin! Unlike most other grain or potato based gins this new creation is derived from the traditional Jersey organic apples grown right here at La Mare Wine Estate.
The organic cider apples are first distilled into vodka, and then distilled into this crisp and elegant gin. The distillate is gently infused with a select choice of wild botanicals and naturally pure water. This gin captures the true taste of juniper, and is highlighted with the sweetness of apples and chamomile.
